Cheermeister Bourbon Punch.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 ounces (1/2 cup) bourbon
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • zest of 1 orange
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeeze orange juice
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle Prosecco or sparkling wine, chilled
  • arils from 1 pomegranate


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. . In a large pitcher, combine the bourbon, pomegranate juice, orange zest and orange juice. Chill until ready to serve. 
    2. Just before serving, add ice to the punch bowl and pour over the Prosecco and top with pomegranates. Enjoy!

RECIPE NOTES

*To make festive ice cubes, place fresh cranberries, blood orange slices, and rosemary sprigs in an ice cub tray. Fill with water and freeze until solid.
